Enrichment and Hot Lunch Program
Don’t Miss Out on the Chance to Enroll in Glasser Preschool’s Lunch & Enrichment Programs
WHAT? The Lunch and Stay & Play program options are available for all age groups at Glasser Preschool. The programs are a mixed age group from 11 to Noon/1 PM. Our daily hour-long hot lunch program (11 AM to Noon) includes a nut free hot lunch and supervised activities by our teaching staff. Per DCFS regulations children are not permitted to bring their own lunches. Lunch is included in the price of the lunch program with menus provided monthly. Children can “Stay and Play” following lunch until 1 PM. This part of the program will also be taught by Glasser Preschool staff. We reserve the right to cancel the Lunch or Stay & Play program if there is insufficient enrollment for that day of the week. We will determine by the end of August if we need to cancel any of the sessions and will advise you if you have chosen an option that we are unable to offer this Fall based on enrollment. WHEN? The lunch program is offered daily from 11:00 AM to noon. You can choose one to five days for the lunch program. Your child can attend the lunch program even if they do not attend any of our Stay & Play classes. Our Stay and Play is offered daily from noon to 1 PM following the lunch program. You can choose one to five days for the Stay and Play program. The lunch and Stay & Play will meet all days that Glasser is in session during the first semester starting the week of September 11th. WHO? Any child enrolled at Glasser Preschool can participate. Children from both the morning and afternoon programs can enroll in the daily lunch program. Enrichment classes are open to students in our morning classes. COST? The semester cost for each program is listed on the registration form. The cost is based on the number of sessions that class will meet during the semester. A minimum 50% deposit is due with your registration. The remaining balance, if any, is due by November 1st. Daily lunch program (11 AM to Noon): $12/day (includes hot lunch); Stay & Play classes (Noon to 1 PM) $10/day To ensure a place for your child in the Lunch/Stay & Play program, the registration form must be received by Glasser Preschool on or before Friday August 25th. By registering you are making the commitment for the entire semester. Registration forms received after August 25th will only be accepted on a space available basis. |
