Sunday, July 8th GPS Two Year Old Summer Playdate This is a great way to connect with some of the children and families that you will be with in the Fall at Glasser Preschool.  Play Dates will take place on Sunday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00 AM in the Glasser Preschool play yard (if it's raining we'll move them inside).  Please bring a snack (peanut free) to share.  The playdate for our Gan Katan Children (our two year old classes) is Sunday, July 8th.  E mail Marci at glasserps@ameritech.net and let her know if you plan to attend.

Monday, July 9th
Fire Drill We will be having our monthly fire drill
Lunch:  Mac & Cheese, local peas, fresh cantaloupe

Tuesday, July 10th
RSVP Due for Shabbat Dinner Please join Camp Shalom and us on Friday, July 13th for a camp dinner at 6:00 PM and a special Shabbat service at 7:00 PM. Dinner cost is $12 per adult, $6 per child [age 5-12], and FREE for under age 5. Registration with payment is required by July 10th.  Please complete the registration form, which was attached to the Camp July newsletter, or RSVP online at www.oakparktemple.com/shabbat-kehilla.html.

Lunch:   turkey meatloaf muffins, mashed potatoes, pearsauce, whole grain bread

Wednesday, July 11th
Pajama Day Wednesdays are Special Silly Days at Camp Bet Yeladim.  Make sure your children are dressed "appropriately" for the following Special Days:  July 11th is Pajama Day so wear your pajamas to camp!

Lunch:  sweet apple chicken curry, carrots & cauliflower, fresh pineapple, naan bread

Thursday, July 12th

Lunch:  penne pasta with marinara & cheese sauce, fresh cucumber, apple slices

GPS Board Meeting Our next GPS Board meeting is on July 12th at 7:30 p.m. at Annika Rothbaum's house.  All preschool parents and teachers are invited and encouraged to attend these monthly meetings.  Looking for a way to get more involved at Glasser Preschool - consider joining the Board!!!

Friday, July 13th
Shabbat at Camp Each Friday during Camp Bet Yeladim the children will be doing special Shabbat activities.  We celebrate Shabbat at Camp Bet Yeladim in many ways: special activities, Challah for snack, giving of Tzedakah, special Shabbat objects in the classroom, wearing our camp t shirts. The entire camp will meet together in the Chapel every Friday at 11:15 AM to sing special Shabbat songs.  Please feel free to join us to celebrate Shabbat with us. 

Lunch:  breaded fish tenders, glazed carrots, fresh fruit salad, whole grain bread 

Camp Shabbat Dinner 6 PM & Service 7 PM Pre-registration and payment is required for the dinner at 6 PM.  Even if you can't attend the dinner - please join us for the service at 7 PM.
