Hausman Brunch
Join Oak Park Temple on Sunday, October 27th at 10:30 AM at Oak Park Temple. The speaker for this year’s Hausman Brunch will be Barbara Brotman speaking on “Life, Death and Ocelots.”
Bethematch.org Drive
Ben has leukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant (Ben is the 13 year old nephew of Rebekah owing & Lee Kantz and cousin to Julia in the Lions class). Join the bone marrow registry with a simple cheek swab on Sunday, October 27th from 9-11:30 AM at Oak Park Temple.

Lunch (11 AM to Noon: sweet n sour chicken, local peas, fresh pineapple, and brown rice
Sammy Spider comes to Glasser Preschool
Glasser Preschool will be participating in Sammy Spider’s First Trip to Chicago, an initiative of PJ Library Chicago and the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago. He will be visiting our schoolfrom October 28th through November 15th.
Tuesday, October 29th
Lunch (11 AM to Noon)/SPARK (Noon to 1 PM): tallgrass beef meatballs, local green beans, fresh banana, whole grain bread
Photo Orders Due
GPS Board Meeting
The October Glasser Preschool Board meeting is on Tuesday, October 29th at 7:30 PM at Kim Curran’s home. All preschool parents and teachers are invited and encouraged to attend these monthly meetings.
Wednesday, October 30th
Lunch (11 AM to Noon)/Music (Noon to1 PM or 2:30 – 3:30 PM): elbow pasta with three cheese sauce, fresh broccoli, fresh cantaloupe
Picture Retake Day
Individual photos will be taken of any children who did not have their photos taken on our original photo day will have their photos taken. We will also be taking the group photos for the Zebras class and the MWF Gan Katan class on that day. If you would like your child’s photo retaken – please let Marci know ASAP. Thanks.

GPS Shabbat
Every Friday the entire school will meet at 10:30 AM/2:00 PM in the Chapel to celebrate Shabbat together. Please feel free to join us in this singing celebration.
