We're happy to announce a very special raffle for this year's Oak Park Temple and Glasser Preschool Fundraising Auction! You can enter to win 12 tickets to a Skybox for Disney on Ice, February 9, 2014, at the United Center! That's just 8 days after the auction, so plan well! Raffle tickets are $10 each, or purchase 3 tickets for $20! We're setting the limit to 300 tickets, so you have a great chance of winning! Raffle tickets are available ONLY at the Oak Park Temple office! While you're buying raffle tickets, buy tickets to the auction too! See you at the auction!

Let’s play Jewish geography! Where did you come from? What part of the world? When did your family get here? What were they wearing? Help us out by: donating ; volunteering (we need your help); and attending (you need a fun night out).
The Oak Park Temple and Glasser Preschool Gala and Charity Auction only comes around every two years, and our next one is scheduled for Saturday February 1st at 7 PM. It’s our synagogue and preschool’s biggest and best fundraising event. Hope to see you there!

Lunch (11 AM to Noon): penne pasta, fresh broccoli, cantaloupe chunks
Tuesday, February 4th
Lunch (11 AM to Noon)/SPARK (Noon to 1 PM): beef burgers, local peas, fresh banana, whole grain bun
Wednesday, February 5th Lunch (11 AM to Noon)/ Music (noon to 1 PM/2:30 – 3:30 PM): four cheese lasagna, fresh cucumbers, apple slices
RSVP for Sports Zone
Glasser Preschool “Student Fun Day” at Sports Zone is a great thing to do when Glasser Preschool is closed for our teacher in service day on Friday February 7th. Sports Zone (2100 N. 15th Ave in Melrose Park) will be open from 11 AM to 1 PM for this special Glasser Preschool event. The cost is $10 per child (free for under age 2 and adults) payable at the door. Concessions will be open to purchase snacks. RSVP to Marci by February 5th so that there are the right number of coaches for organized play. See attached flyer.
Thursday, February 6th Lunch (11 AM to Noon): chicken teriyaki, asian veggies, honeydew chunks. Whole grain bread
Special Person Night 6:30 PM
Thursday , February 6th is Special Person Night. Your child can invite their favorite special person (mom, dad, sibling, etc.) for this hour long evening visit from 6:30 - 7:30 PM in their preschool classrooms. This is a chance for your child to share their school with someone important in their life. Please limit your child to one (at most 2) special person so that the rooms do not become overcrowded and overwhelming for the children. School will be closed the next day for a teacher institute day - so the kids will be able to sleep in a little in the morning.

Sports Zone (2100 N. 15th Ave in Melrose Park) will be open from 11 AM to 1 PM for this special Glasser Preschool event. The cost is $10 per child (free for under age 2 and adults) payable at the door. Concessions will be open to purchase snacks.
